To my point, everyday is a challenge so I try my best to work by allowing my passion to see the light of day. I always put a high requirement for myself by setting a slogan: “Work hard & Never lose hope”

The reason I say so is because the more difficulties I get, the more opportunities for me to grow up so I view my slogan as a great motivation for me to overcome challenges in life.
